Study on the Sustainable Development of the Regional Economy Based on Low Carbon Economy

Low carbon economy is based on the economic development model of low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. So the world is studying on the low carbon economy. This paper analyzes the development of low carbon economy and regional economic cooperation, and researches the main factors to affect the low carbon development cooperation in the region, and then explores the way of co-operational mechanism in the region. These studies are every important decisions and references to the macro managements.
