摘要
2-2 cement-based piezoelectric composites were prepared by cutting-casting method. The effects of different loading amplitudes and frequencies on the mechanical-electrical response characteristics of 2-2 cement-based piezoelectric composites were studied by a material testing machine (MTS810). The research shows that the samples have better frequency response under quasi-static loading; the output electrical signal has a good linear relationship with the loading amplitude. The effect of different loading strain rates on the mechanical-electrical response characteristics of 2-2 cement-based piezoelectric composites was studied by a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test device. The present work shows that under single impact loading, with loading strain rate increasing, the output electric displacement increases accordingly. When the strain rate reaches 258s(-1), the output electric displacement does not increase substantially and remains unchanged. Within a certain range, 2-2 cement-based piezoelectric composites have linear characteristics and frequency response characteristics, which provide an important reference for sensor fabrication.
