摘要
MR imaging is an accurate noninvasive method for the evaluation of knee ligament repair and recon-struction. Postoperative signal changes of the graft and expected evolving signal changes need to be considered in the interpretation of the postoperative imaging studies. Anatomic posi-tioning of the grafts enables the restoration of the maximal biomechanical properties of the ligament repair. Imaging assessment of the graft includes the evaluation of the graft integrity, signal changes, abnormal configuration caused by roof impinge-ment, arthrofibrosis, abnormal placement and cystic changes of the tunnels, healing status of the tunnel, and general postoperative complica-tions such as infection or hardware-related failure.
