摘要
Recurrent respiratory infections are one of the most common problems in everyday pediatrician's practice. The challenge for the pediatrician is to distinguish between the child with Minor problems and the child with serious disease. Etiology of recurrent infections is presented in three distinguished groups: healthy children, children with Unpaired immunity and children with chronic respiratory diseases or underlying anatomic and structural defects. Diagnostic approach to recurrent infections with emphasis on children with immunological deficiencies is discussed.
