摘要：

Meridecaris n. gen. with M. ladinica n. sp. (Clytiopsidae Beurlen, 1927) is described from a newly discovered fossiliferous level of the Ladinian (Middle Triassic) Meride Limestone of Monte San Giorgio in Switzerland. Meridecaris n. gen. represents the first reptant decapod from the Monte San Giorgio Fossillagerstatte and the only representative of the family Clytiopsidae reported to date from the Middle Triassic of Europe.
