Effects of NaCl stress on germination and K+ flux from the root of wheat cultivars with different salinity tolerance

摘要
two wheat cultivars with different salinity tolerance (Triticum aestivum L.) were closed to research the sanity tolerance and root's ability to retain K+. The germination and the seedlings growth were used to estimate sanity tolerance under the NaCl stress. And Non-invasive Micro-test Technique was used to detect le flux on the root which NaCl induced. Results showed that decline percentage of the germination rate and germination index of salinity tolerance wheat were lower than the other one. And le flux from the root surface of wheat seedlings in response to salt treatment was efflux; the le flux of salinity tolerance wheat was the lower one. In this work, it was investigated whether a root's ability to retain le may be such a trait. This emphasizes the critical role of le homeostasis in plant salt tolerance.
