摘要
Focus Case Study: A CSF Model for ERP Implementation, by Christopher Holland and Ben Light, pp. 30-36. Companies are turning to off-the-shelf ERP solutions for IT planning and legacy systems management, but customizing and implementing a prepackaged system is a daunting task. The authors' CSF framework can guide managers in the development of an implementation strategy. Their analysis of two companies' attempts to implement ERP software covers pre-project planning and a post-project review of successful and unsuccessful strategies.
