摘要
A novel morphology of nanoribbons - serrated nanoribbons of pure crystalline AlN - was obtained by chloride assisted vapor-solid (VS) route, in which there exist some stacking faults. The growth direction of these serrated nanoribbons is along [0 0 1], (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
