摘要
The effect of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDEDTC) in the control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa microbe capable of participating in the corrosion process was studied. Laboratory immersion tests were conducted on mild steel coupons in sterile and inoculated cultures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the presence of different concentrations of NaDEDTC. Cathodic and anodic polarization curves have been obtained in pure cultures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The efficacy of NaDEDTC as a potent biocide is outlined.
