摘要：

A phenomenological approach based on the assumptions of Landau's theory of phase transitions is used to treat the transition from the ferroelectric state to the paraelectric state in a thin film. The effect of conditions on the surface is investigated. Conditions are formulated for the occurrence of a surface energy at temperatures exceeding the ferroelectric-paraelectric temperature of a bulk sample. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
