摘要：
This paper takes the quantitative analysis of Eco-Industrial Parks' Investment Environment appraisal system as basic task, generalizing basic features of Eco-Industrial Parks' Investment Environment appraisal system and tallying Up its foundation. Adopting AHP device, file article also sets up an appraisal system which includes 3 layers and 8 aspects. and creates appraisal matrix for this system.
