摘要
This research aimed to identify the requirements of online social media marketing system for promoting eco-tourism in Thailand. It also aimed to design the system. The research methodology used a combination of qualitative interviews with 60 people and quantitative sample survey of 844 people, in order to confirm the findings. The results of the analysis showed that most of the findings were consistent. For the content needed, it included the featured attractions, travel itinerary, pictures, sights atmosphere, and costs/expenses. For the functionality needed, it included a search facility for eco-tourism destinations, a search to identify travel routes, and a capability of a system to share files, photos, and video. For the content structure of website Home Page, it should be organized by type of activity, by region, and by month. Finally, the system analysis and design were based on object-oriented principles in order to develop the system in the future.
