摘要
The paper deals with the single agrarian market in the context of the framework and rules of the Common agricultural policy application in the old and new EU member states. It raises the question of whether this framework allows each country to apply its own strategy appropriate to the conditions of the current and future development of this sector. In this connection the response of member states in the actual application of the rules to changes in the business environment in the context of global and regional context of today's agriculture evaluates. The results of the research of developments are discussed. It draws attention to growing importance of the creation of concrete strategies as an essential stabilizing element not only for the economic structure and the development of activities of rural regions, but in the whole society as well. It concludes that the success of specific regional development strategy is subject to its ability to find and foster links between agriculture and other sectors often exceeding the size of the region concerned. In connection with the choice of priorities of the CAP 2020 points out need to promote effective links with relevant manufacturing industries and commodity distribution along the verticals, including infrastructure development, which should be the basis for real progress associated with the identification of forms and benefits of the agricultural sector as directly connected not only with the quality of the natural resources, but also with amenities and skilled human resources able to face new challenges of modern agribusiness directions adequately.
