摘要
Baiji oil refineries produce 3000-3500 m(3)/year of oily sludge which is hard to be biodegraded, contains large quantities of crude oil, and hard to be transported into landfill sites. The aim of the present work is to treat this oily sludge by surfactants (SAS116B, SAS135SC, CC2439, and Chimec 4309) taking into account the possibility of controlling surfactant dose (SD) and temperature. The results show that SAS135C gives crude oil extraction efficiency of 97.5%, solid separation of 29.6%, and water separation of 98% under 60 degrees C and surfactant dose of 2.5%.
