摘要
Some mononuclear Ru(II) polypyridyl (2,2'-bipyridyl/1,10-phenanthroline) complexes containing 3-hydroxy-4'-substituted flavones ((LH)-H-2 and (LH)-H-4) as co-ligands have been synthesised and characterised on the basis of their elemental analyses, FAB mass and spectral (IR, UV/visible, H-1 NMR, and H-1-H-1 COSY NMR) data. Luminescence, electrochemical and antibacterial properties of the ligands and their Ru(II) complexes have also been discussed.
