摘要:
The fatty acid, phytosterol, and elemental compositions of the Parthenocissus wild grape oil extract are analyzed using supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) extraction. The obtained data are compared with the data in the literature, which shows that the SC-CO2 extract of wild grape contains eicosanic acid in contrast to that of varietal grape.
