摘要：
Institutional change results from the co-functioning of the demand induced by external revenues and the supply of the subject. In the process of change, development path is easily subjected to the restriction of primal stage, thus innovation is indispensable. As far as China's family business is concerned, only continuous institutional innovation, besides applying the way of inducing institutional change and compulsive institutional change, can avert locking in the inefficient condition.
