Research on Logistics Supply and Demand Prediction for Resource-based City

摘要
Logistics industry is a basic industry which has great support effect on other ones. It could provide better guidance to realize the effect of logistics for resource-based city construction adjustment. In this paper, the analysis index, principal part and economic factor of resource-based city logistics supply and demand were analyzed, the logistics supply and demand situation of it in next few years was predicted, the gap of them was figured out, and measures to ensure the balance of supply and demand were established. Then the city of Xuzhou was chosen for example to do empirical analysis, then the conclusion that demand exceeds supply in Xuzhou logistics was reached, and several suggestions were presented.
