摘要
Improving teaching quality is the eternal theme of education, The "five-in-one" evaluating system of the Ministry of Education has raised new requirements for the teaching in universities. This article discusses construction of the "-13-6" teaching quality assurance system in School of Communication, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. It forms a basic quality culture of "student-centered, fully-educated", and establishes three guarantee mechanisms of "teaching quality monitoring mechanism, teaching quality evaluation and feedback mechanism, and teaching archives management mechanism" ,holds onto the six major safeguard measures "reasonable structure, perfect mechanism, complete records, sufficient cases, scientific analysis, and continuous improvement" which effectively improve the quality of teaching.
