摘要
Thermoluminescence (TL) from H and O ion beam bombarded LiF:Mg, Cu, P has been analysed in terms of emission spectra and glow peak components between 30 and 300 degreesC. Ion beam doses were 5 x 10(8)-2.5 x 10(10) cm(-2) at 3.1 Mev. The component signals of the TL are essentially the same as those from X- or gamma-ray irradiated samples. However, there are minor variations detectable in the computer analysed data in terms of the trap depths and the line widths of the emission bands for each of the ion species. Overall the dosimeters are shown to be effective at recording irradiation from ion beam sources, even at the dose rates applicable to space applications. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
