摘要
Wind power has brought great fluctuation to the power system. The wide use of electric vehicles has exacerbated this challenge. Firstly, the mathematical model of electric vehicles under random charging mode was given. This paper analyzed the changes of the power system reliability when the proportion of electric vehicles increased, which shows the increase of electric vehicles under random charging mode poses a great threat to the reliability. Besides, a new concept of virtual combined load was put forward to research the fluctuant factors of power system. Based on vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, a charge and discharge control strategy of electric vehicles was proposed, simulation results show that the proposed strategy can achieve the purpose of moderate the fluctuation of virtual combined load. Finally, based on IEEE-RTS system, it was confirmed that the proposed strategy significantly improved the reliability of power system.
