Application of Order-Tracking Holospectrum to Cracked Rotor Fault Diagnostics under Nonstationary Conditions

摘要
Holospectrum is a technique to fuse two perpendicular vibrations and offer a complete description of rotor rotating states which is intractable by using traditional one direction vibration. The method is based upon accurate Frequency spectrum, therefore it still suffers from non-stationary nature of vibration data, such as rotor speed up or coast down. For this reason, this paper explores order tracking Holospectrum and extracts parameters of angle of the long axis. and eccentricity e of order tracking Holospectrum ellipse for diagnostic purposes. The experimental results show that these two parameters are effective to rotor crack detection.
