摘要
Group decision-making processes have a wide application in different activities in organizations. This process requires the coordination of individual activities as well a series of procedures and aggregation methods that incorporate individual member's activities to reach a high-quality group decision. This paper presents a model for launching a new product by the implementation of a multicriteria group decision-making based on an individual preferences aggregation scheme. The model is tested in a real case study with data collected in a regional food sector company.
