Barriers in the Process of Communication

For the efficiency of the communication process to be efficient, it is necessary to take into account all the involved factors. The communication barriers can appear from the transmitter, from the receiver, as well as from the enviornment, the context. There is a whole series of obstacles that can lead to interruption or could the modify of the message. This paper is trying to evidentiate the positive case of the barrier and conflicting of the communication optimization concept, and not upon the reduction ot its efficiency. Actually, the conflict can be seen as the core of a successful communication and what at first sight can be included into the barrier concept, could become a reason for an efficient communication.
