摘要：

We demonstrate a 446.5 nm GaN semiconductor laser with sub-MHz linewidth. The linewidth reduction is achieved by locking the laser to a magnesium fluoride whispering gallery mode resonator characterized with 10(9) quality factor. Self-injection locking ensures single longitudinal mode operation of the laser.
