摘要
German as a second foreign language has established itself as a regular school subject in many schools in China in recent years. In view of this, the present study has set itself the goal of enriching German lessons at Chinese schools from the perspective of multilingual learning. The article examines possible uses of translating in German as a second foreign language, taking into account the learning conditions of the Chinese students. The results of this case study lead to the conclusion that translation can play a constructive role in promoting multilingual learning.
