摘要：
Based on the rent-seeking theory, the discussion studies the economic meanings of the rent-seeking and analysis the forms and the motivations of the rent-seeker of the listed company. Based on these discussion, we made a detailed examination on the rent seeking gains and loss of the listed company. In addition, the rent-seeking model of listed companies was designed and policy-related meanings were assigned to the variables, parameters of the rent-seeking model. In conclusion, some policy-related proposals are given about how to control the listed company's rent seeking for government supervisors.
