Polymer electrolytes based on acrylonitrile terpolymers for rechargeable lithium polymer batteries

摘要
The new polymer electrolytes composed of acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-styrene(AMS) terpolymer, 1 M LiClO4-EC/PC and inorganic filler have been prepared. Depending on the composition, these electrolytes exhibit a wide range of mechanical and electrical properties. The ionic conductivity reaches 10(-3) S/cm in the presence 80 wt % of liquid electrolyte solution at room temperature to give homogeneous films which exhibit good mechanical properties. These systems showed good compatibility with lithium electrode and an electrochemical stability window up to 4.6 V vs. Li. Capacity and cycling performance of an Li/polymer electrolyte/LiMn2O4 solid-state cell employing AMS-based polymer electrolyte were investigated.
