摘要：

This paper discusses the recent developing of cross-border RMB settlement. As the supplement to the bilateral currency swap agreements, RMB settlement flourishs recently. From the perspective of literature development, more attention should be paid to the direct investment RMB settlement. From the developing status of RMB settlement, cross-border RMB trade settlement still dominates although direct investment RMB settlement has experienced a more rapid growth. With the developing of China's economy and trade, especially for the relative stability of China yuan, RMB settlement has possessed the market needs. Further development from RMB Settlement to RMB Internationalization requires sticking to the principle of rational trade-off and market promotion.
