摘要：

Building a harmonious mining area is the inevitable request of the constructs of the socialism harmonious society. This article elaborated the significance of building a harmonious mining area and the question it would face. And on the basis of harmonious management theory, the sustainable development theory and in system theory, it constructed the theoretical system of harmonious development in the mining area mining area, which had provided the theory basis for the harmonious development of the mining area.
