Aerodynamic characteristics of deflected surfaces in compressible flows

摘要
The characterization of aerodynamic performance of a deflected surfaces in compressible flows was discussed. The mean surface pressure distributions of the convex-corner flow and concave-corner flow were also analyzed. At subsonic speeds, the lift-induced-drag coefficient and incremental lift coefficient of the flow was estimated from the interaction region and the characteristic pressures. It was observed that the increase in the lift-induced-drag coefficient was depended on transonic separated flow on the upper surface.
