摘要
Abstract The most frequent indication in emergency endoscopy are cases with gastrointestinal bleeding. Since the introduction of Hemospray((R)) (Cook Medical, Winston Salem, NC) in march 2013a new agent for the treatment of non-variceal bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract has been offered to endoscopists, which is going to amend the well-established endoscopic modalities of hemostasis (injection methods, mechanical hemostasis and thermal coagulation). We report on two patients, who were successfully treated with Hemospray undergoing emergency endoscopy because of malignant bleeding lesions.
