Guided implant placement and immediate restoration with a digitally prefabricated provisional crown: A case report

摘要：
In the last 20 years, fixed implant-supported restorations have become a successful standard in modern dentristry. Improved surgical and reconstructive techniques have enabled clinicians to provide their patients with long-term esthetic results. Approaches to immediately place and restore implants are gaining more interest, and the predictability of the treatment outcome is important to the patient and the restorative dentist. This case report demonstrates an easy approach for immediate placement and restoration of a backward-planned implant using a surgical template and a laboratory-manufactured provisional restoration.
