摘要
The double-perovskite compound Sr2FeOsO6 was synthesized using a high pressure, high-temperature method. The crystal structure, electrical resistivity, and magnetic properties of Sr2FeOsO6 were investigated. It was found that Sr2FeOsO6 crystallizes in a partially disordered structure (I4/m) and exhibits semiconductor-like behavior and an antiferromagnetic transition at 78K.
