摘要：

Separately from both theoretical and empirical aspects, the author analyzes influences of professional education on the rural labors' willingness and abilities. to flow, occupation level and their incomes. Study shows that improving the education level plays an important role in improving the incomes of farmers and labor transfer. Recommendations are proposed at the end of the paper to raise the level of rural education and promote equal labor employment.
