Identification and determination of synthetic pyrethroids, chlorpyriphos, and neonicotinoids in water by gas and liquid chromatography

摘要
A number of procedures is developed for the identification and determination of active substances of preparations EforiaA (R), Nurelle D, EngeoA (R) 247 SC and Borey, i.e., imidacloprid, lambda-cyhalothrin, thiamethoxam, chlorpyriphos, and cypermethrin, in water in the concentration range 0.001-0.1 mg/L by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry and electron-capture detection, and HPLC with diode-array detection. Pesticides were extracted from water samples with dichloromethane; the enrichment factors are 500-10000. The analysis takes 1-2 h, the relative standard deviation of the results does not exceed 15%.
