摘要
Micro grid has almost all the characteristics of large power grid. micro grid not only can operation with large power grid, but also can run independently (referred to as the isolated operation mode). As the diversity of generation element and load in the micro grid, large fluctuation characteristics of distributed generation, frequent disturbance of load, The flow characteristics, failure mechanism and the coordinated control issue of micro grid are more complex. so the measurement, protection, control technology of micro grid has bigger different from the traditional technology, should be conducted in special research. The wide-area measurement technology based on the IEEE1588 time synchronization can solve the problem better, The IEEE1588 can make use of the existing communication network, avoid the GPS timing recurrent missing steps. Based on the typical micro grid structure and micro grid automation control system architecture, provide the new automation control system framework of micro grid based on wide area measurement system, The idea and implementation scheme of micro power flow calculation, fault isolation and coordinated control based on the IEEE1588 is presented.
