摘要：

The paper responds on the contemporary innovation trends in education, which are focused on the usage of virtual learning environment as a support for presence form of education. Set of attitudes and activities under analysis are the part of KEGA No. 033PU-4/2011 Project Development of competencies to create virtual learning environment.
