摘要：

An important task in talent training of universities is to develop students' practical ability. There are many ways to develop students' practical ability, include university-enterprise cooperation. It is more and more attention to develop students' practical ability through university-enterprise cooperation. This paper presented in various forms of university-enterprise cooperation, such as university-enterprise interaction, voluntary action, competition support, technology outsourcing, employment recommendation, etc. Through years of exploration and practice, it been proven with the operability and practicality. It is useful to develop students' practical ability.
