For the coordinated development promotion at the level of municipalities and regions

Immediately after the institutionalisation of regions in Slovenia it will be necessary to introduce an efficient coordination among different decision making levels between the state administration on one side and municipalities and regions on the other. The purpose of my paper is not to deal with details but to show the possibilities of a gradual and systematic professional and organisational support to the representatives of municipalities and regions as well as the state administration units on the other side. The purpose of the table is to show, in a simplified way, the relation between the contents of formal interest coordinatin and developmetn promotion on different levels. It represents first of all the complexity of interlinkages of economic and non-economic branches. Such an approach could facilitate the preparation of more realistic decrees, efficient work of inspections as well as cheaper preparation of planning documents.
