Game Theory is a new mathematics theory which is widely applied in variety of disciplinary fields. However, it is rarely mentioned aqueous system pollution control. With the aqueous system of Lanzhou city as the object, the establishment of regulation model based on game theory, and the particular geographic 10 action of Lanzhou city and the main features include in aqueous system of Lanzhou being taken into consideration, this article proposes schemes to combat,and analyses pollution from the perspectives of technology economy, laws regulations respectively. Through the analyses, we find the efficient solution to, pollution control in aqueous system of Lanzhou city
