摘要：

Abdominal aneurysms of the aorta mostly develop infrarenal by angiosclerosis. The detection of abdominal aneurysms with calcareous infiltration or parietal thrombus by sonography will be successfull in thin patients without intestinal gas irritation. Duplex sonography shows the circulated lumen, meanwhile computed tomography is used for the preoperative localisation of renal arteries.
