摘要
A real-time tracking of moving object method based on Kalman filter is proposed in this article. The research interest of moving objects detection and tracking is video sequence, i.e. image sequence. Object tracking is to monitor an object's spatial and temporal changes during a video sequence, including its presence, position, size, shape, etc. This article uses frame difference and morphological filter to detect and extract moving objects. The possible position of moving target center in the next frame image is predicted by Kalman filter. The experimental results show that the method is feasibility and effective.
