摘要
In Chinese construction industry, money for innovation was significantly low in past twenty years and there is much uncertainty in construction innovation. So it calls for a systematic performance prediction-based optimal management methodology. This paper proposes a model of innovation performance prediction based on Markov chain for Chinese construction industry, then inter-programming employed to optimal annual management action and budget allocation. A wide output could be obtained from this model. This includes: (1) annual management action to take; (2) annual budget allocation; (3) innovation performance at the beginning of each year before and after management action to be taken; (4) sensitivity analysis and corresponding output to different budget scenarios.
