摘要
Currently, a competitive advantage in organizations that develop software products and/or services is to guarantee their quality. Therefore, this market demands the reduction of errors or defects in the delivered products. This context requires organizations to increase quality, which does not differ in the so-called Very Small Entities. Therefore, it is necessary for them to change their orientation towards software testing and consider a necessary testing process to support the quality of their products. This article presents improvement findings identified in the implementation of software tests based on the ISO/IEC 29110 standard. To achieve this, a test subprocess proposal and a case study are shown that compare the documentation presented by a Mexican company for obtain your certification in this standard.
