A systems-oriented approach to knowledge management as a tool for decision making

摘要
It is necessary to take a systems-oriented approach as one of knowledge management strategy to challenge for solving the complex decision making problem which most organization usually face to in the global and modern society. Firstly, the article reviews on the relation between knowledge management and decision-making processes. The analytic model is based on the Simon's work and is built on the intelligence, conception and selection three phases. Then, it focuses on discussing the key elements which modern complex decision makings usually possess: task uncertain, task uncertain, fast decision and wicked problem. Finally, it gives a new systematic approach as one of knowledge management strategy for the complex decision making problem.
