摘要
We describe a new approach to the implementation of an open-path fiber-optic methane sensor using an open path instead of a gas cell, a new detection technique, and InP/GaInAsP superluminescent diodes with an output power of 3 mW. The use of this sensor allowed us to achieve a considerable improvement in the sensitivity of methane detection.
