摘要
This chapter aims to identify the determinist relationship between companies, performance and their ICT use. Based on the literature review which seems to support the hypothesis of our research positing that the use of ICT by firms is meant to improve their performance, we developed a stochastic of formulation relationship in which different aspects of the ICT use were retained having explanatory constructs of performance improvement. This relationship was empirically tested based on the data collected from the sample of Tunisian companies. The obtained results suggest that ICT use by companies contributes to increasing their performance, especially the exporting ones. This study draws attention to the dependence of the performance improvement on the existence of required competences, the Net culture, the horizontal organizational structure, and the use of ICT by partners of the firm.
