Network Group Event and the Social Management Capacity Innovation of the Government in China

Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee points out: "strengthening and innovating the social administration is essential for the party's ruling position, the lasting political stability of the country and the live and work of people." The network group event is an important manifestation of measuring the social management ability of the government and the grand challenge to the social management status of the government. It is significant for promoting the government credibility and the government image to build a healthy network environment. Through the analysis of the problems in the government dealing and coping with the network group event and the connotation of the network group event, the thesis concludes that the innovation of social management can be achieved through innovating the government officials' decisions, opinion expression patterns for the public and building the network normal management.
