摘要
The article deals with a topical issue in education - students' independent study skills. These are skills that are to be developed since early childhood but in reality a lot of secondary school students still have to work on the development of their independent study skills. It means that teachers focus their attention both on the content of the subject and development of students' independent study skills through the content. The author of the article gives some insight into the problems teachers might face in this process and how to help secondary school students develop their independent study skills.
